Just because the trade has been open for a year doesn't mean that he hasn't sold in a year.

I'm fully aware of that, the only problem is how do we know when he sold it, also I never said he hasn't sold it , I said he did sell it. thanks

This is why people try to avoid using those kinds of solds as evidence, you just don't know when they sold the item, it could have been sold instantly or it could have been sold an hour ago, the only way to find out is by checking their history. But then you will most likely have to check every single day on his bp because the post is 1 years old...

Yes, that's exactly why stores make for poor primary proof for anything especially since prices can fluctuate greatly during the lifetime of the trade. In this case thought it's just a piece of secondary evidence with the primary evidence coming from a screenshot of an actual trade at 9 refined for the part complete with a date of sale.
