Sold for a Flaming Lantern Scotch Bonnet (4.55 buds average)
http://imgur.com/a/7oVeq
Unsold for 5.5 pure
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/25076865
The 4 bud price factors in unusual overpay
The Bonnet is almost 2 years outdated -> mini required.
4.55*0.9=4.095 > should be rounding up to 4.1
What made you round down to 4.
And you need a mini for the bonnet, outdated.
the only person selling a bonnet is me atm for 5 pure
Selling =/= sold.
Flaming lantern scotch bonnet is outdated ( http://backpack.tf/stats/Unusual/Scotch%20Bonnet/Tradable/Craftable/37 ) so you'd have to provide a mini. Also, 4.55*.9 rounds to 4.1, not 4
Couple of issues with this suggestion. First, there have been a whopping total of SEVEN SALES on this particular hat since it was uncrated, all of which were in the last three months. That means you've ignored six of those seven sales.
If a hat has multiple sales in the available timeline, they must ALL be provided for proofing. Since there are multiple sales available for you to choose from, you can't price this hat with just one of them. The only time it's acceptable to price a hat on a single sale is if there are no other sales to price from.
Second, even if we did accept this price, you rounded incorrectly. 4.55 after overpay is closer to 4.1, not 4.
Third, Unsolds do nothing to help your case when pricing unusuals. I wouldn't even use unsolds in future pricings for unusual hats. The only time unsolds factor in is if their B/Os are lower than the range.
