The second piece of evidence is a clear outlier, so it has been ignored in the pricing.

You still need minis...
I agree with surs about needing minis. You can't just estimate the price of the allbrero at 2.5 just to make it fit the price. You also need to justify it with sales.
How does a gifted lid selling at a bud give you a value of 1.9?
You can't just assume the Steaming Bonk sold for the B/O.
Third sale sale you provide nothing at all and pull a value for the Albrero out of nothing.
As indicated, you'll need to formally price some of these unpriced or outdated hats before using them as proof in a suggestion.
