would be good, but not necessary, also 9.6-12 seems weird to me

I didn't suggest any range XD. I just said that your justification for the last range was off.
The rounding should have been 9.5-12. When rounding you shouldn't change the means - or you should change the mean as little as possible. Dropping the low end by 0.1 and raising the top end by 0.1 keeps the mean exactly the same.
But it doesn't really matter. We don't close suggestions for rounding issues.
Haha sorry I'm weird I only generally like to round for items over 15 buds aha.
