If seller B/O is 5 buds, you can not count overpay. You must use 5 buds.

again, not sure of the relevance of your comment. I am trying to discuss what to value the first sale at.
As already been pointed out, the person that you bought it from have a b/o of 5 buds. Your sale should never exceed the b/o of the seller in pure. http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/25175324 . That sale will be capped at 5 buds.
In addition to that, http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/24601690 b/o 5 buds for 11 days.
With these being said, your range here is high. The miami polar sale is likely an outlier.
