Nah it's not, you know who I am, so it's all good :)

Because outpost knows where you're signing in from.. it's ban evasion because you're literally evading your ban. The whole reason you got banned is because you broke a rule, and have to be restricted from using all and any services outpost has to offer. By making another account and signing it to simply look around would be stupid. And the name changing thing was a joke, I don't care what you make your name. And by "knows where you're signing in from.." I mean IP address.

You're saying the name changing is confusing as if he uses at least 30 aliases.

I've only seen Surs use "Surs" and "Unknown."
