Seeing as this is the tradable version, no, it shouldn't be placed under the Non-Tradable one.

My mistake. I didn't notice that bp.tf displays it as non-tradable while outpost is displaying the same item as tradable.

God damn it, sold mine for 3 ref a week or so again.
