Was originally going to wait for a sale but rarely any unpainted/spelless ones on the market let alone unpainted solds. Also the fact that majority of unpainted ones on market are collector levels? Will wait for another sale if a moderator isn’t satisfied with this much proof but hey, the gen Neon Annihilator and uncraftable Cozy Camper suggestions made it with 1 buyer ¯\(ツ)/¯

Well done with the good links. But could you add a few more evidence? There are over 13,000 of this item so 1 evidence at 6 ref might not be able to boost the whole lot up.

The problem is that there's less than 2 pages on TF2Outpost, none of which are unpainted/spelless aside from the collector levels, http://www.tf2outpost.com/search/241154951. I was trying to find an unpainted sold for the last 4 days but that didn't go so well even now :S. A buyer at the high end for a week for a very small market does feel pretty solid but ehhhh, wouldn't hurt to see what others have to say.

Really hope another sales occurs soon as it would be most helpful but I don't suppose it would hurt to leave this suggestion up until then.

Alright sorry about that. Didnt look into the actual listings my self but you were right it is spammed with paints.

Also I found a guy selling it for 3 keys with 7 keys worth of Halloween spells attached I guess people really like spamming expensive stuff onto their hats huh? :L
