I wasn't willing to do that much digging on it, but the offer seems to be complete hot air as none of those people own, or have recently owned one. No one has mentioned one either so I think the offer is meaningless

Might be completely made up to make people go way higher on the set, he doesn't have any proof that it's real, so difficult to say.

Moon unusuals are hard to sell. Engie unusuals are SUPER hard to sell. Combine the two and you'll be sitting on it for months unless you offer on like 50 things.
