I myself bought mine for an antifreeze modest pile of scrap + 3 buds pure 12-13ish but have no proof of this so am not adding it as proof

overall in unusuals it never sells for less than 13 so I think 12 would be a good price in pure considering unusual overpay. Also many people had a b/o of 20 or 30 buds and sold it so this sugestion may be a little low its up to you guys :D

People can sell items for whatever price they want, that doesn't mean that the item is worth more. I'm saying that you need 2 valid sales (with proof of it) to make a suggestion. You have provided none.

the first link is a outpost trade the last offer on it was accepted with around 6 or 7 keys of sweets and I thought the second link where he turned down a 19 bud unusual would be sufficient to prove that it would sell for more than 12

Looks like you sold it for a burning scout shako. That will be a usable sale. If you offered the cannonball on the shako, it will be ~10.5. If the shako was offered to you, it will be ~9.5 after overpay.

Looks like after updating everything, the value here is going to end up closer to 9-11 or so. But you will need to make suggestions on the hats outdated by more than 3 months first to use them as proof here.

Considering that it took you 2 weeks+ to sell with a b/o of 11 buds, it is indicative that your suggested range is high here. I would go with a range of 9.5-12 buds. Closing this on the basis that this range is higher than what it should be.
