Where is 3 ref coming from? You need to prove it's still happening?

I believe I've seen a suggestion pass that proved the low end needed an increase and just kept the high range from the previous suggestion. If I'm wrong, will the sales from the previous suggestion work?

Not sure. Those sales might be outdated by now. If you can find more recent ones at 3 you should be good. Neutral for now.
