Lots of sellers at 1 scrap. Some may bump, some are young, but nonetheless, .11 and .16 sellers are even on classies.

Anyway, I do regret being too lazy to take out the stupid "this should not be worth .22" part.

I've managed to sell 2 Iron Bombers in the past hour for 0.22 refined each, so from my experience, keeping 0.22 refined in the range is still very viable. However, admittedly, the prices have been dropping, and 0.11 refined is definitely starting to take hold. Even if this proof was taken and credited from another suggestion, it works here, and the price matches with it.
