What the other suggestion had as comments:

One guy selling, without a sale given as proof and buds are now able to bought at 11.5 keys so this is a pointless suggestion.

Sure, one guy might be selling but he's the only person in the world who owns one.

I'm making this be priced in keys, does that fix your problem?

I was under the impression that high value vintages / collector items were priced similar to how unusuals are priced, in which case there are two relevant sales: http://i.imgur.com/ztFlzNz.png and what PoeticSanity went on to sell it for. I could be wrong. Someone affirm or deny my assumption.

Constructive criticism: The rainbow font doesn't add much to the suggestion.

And IIRC only unusuals need 2 sales or sales in general.

So to sum it up: I have no clue. That's all the price drops of the 35 highest priced collectors items. Some are with sales, some with sellers, some with both, some with none by the time the suggestion was accepted (see the cleverpun's comment on the second Black Watch drop).

Some more because it's 2 am and I'm bored. These are all the drops on items 1+ buds, with the exception of Gunboats, Phlog, Festive Jarate, Base Jumper and Fortified Compound which have all dropped 6+ times.

Eh, seeing as the item is worth 29 keys, I'll leave this up for a mod to have the final decision. Thanks for the proof BTW.
