When your lowering a price, you provide unsolds at the backpack.tf price, ex. in this sggt, you should of provided unsold proof for 1.44 refined, instead of 1.66, it seriously does nothing.

The only time you provide a piece of proof higher than the backpack.tf price is when you're rising an item
