good job finding sellers for nothing. this isnt 2.66-3 anymore. u cant refresh normal stuff. bye

Same price range , no price refresh , not enough proof , no sales/buyers . I don't know what this is .

Look at the last link. People bought for 3.66 or for 5 ref items.

As the experts said, refreshing a non-unusual item (can't refresh haunted scrap or headtaker) is not allowed.
