all those sold fairly quick for an item like this

The other guy had to wait 1 month to sell for 2.11. This guy sold 4 in a day for 2 ref. So 2 is "quicksell price (by you)", 2.11 is impossible to sell, and we have a buyer at 2.22. Very good. I don't think we can just ignore this trade.

Also, there's nothing wrong with it. This is not a kind of trade where the buyer ran and buy them all, "OMFG I can make 69% profit, I most buy them!!4". The seller probably sold 4 packages to one person.
