I have 2 sales, both of them are mine.

Sale 1:

Bought for 1 bud pure + Killstreak Gold Botkiller Rocket Launcher Mk.II (3 keys x .9 = 2.7, converting to buds = .225, rounded to .2) = 1.2 buds.

Just not how it works here, and it could be valued as a outlier, since these 2 sales outbid that.
