some people are just slow on tf2outpost, i've seen people respond after a week, btw, I think that person wants you to send a trade offer. I don't think they check their trade on outpost that often considering they sold another item there, but it is still marked for trade

That trade at 0.66 belongs to a wrench without name/description tag, thats no longer possible and it should be taken as a glitched item.

From what I've seen of unique stock weapons, they tend to be more valuable because, as you say, they are no longer attainable and therefore rarer. Since this is unsold even though it's arguably more valuable I've kept it as the low-end. I don't think the seller is treating it differently either, since they simply stated 'bp.tf prices' and made no note of it being worth more. However, if the overwhelming consensus is that it should be ignored I'll be happy to resuggest. This feels appropriate for now though.

The proof for the lowend is wrong.. It doesn't appear that wrench would have taken .66
