As for the conga price:
http://backpack.tf/vote/id/54be046aba8d889d088b489f - has a pure sale at 22 buds, taking the mid price for this seems reasonable.
As for the sweets, I did not calculate overpay for the conga due to the pure sale in it, that should be enough to cover the sweets value imo.
