I'm a bit confused as to the range on a single sale. In all honesty, I don't think anyone would really mind if you simply rounded up to 66 and left it flat.
If it were me, I'd just resuggest at 66. Honestly, it's a very minimal difference for such a large deal. That's what we did when I priced my Amaranthine Crones. It should be okay to do here as well.

You can't have a range with the single sale. It all comes out to 65.5 buds, round that up to 66.

Would a range of 43 -65 be too outlandish, considering rare hat, hasnt had much sales and all that?
not entirely too outlandish but I'd look for offers significantly higher than 43 to see if it's an outlier. And the screenshot matches the bp history.
Judging simply by the public offers, these seem to be the top ones value wise (not counting the actual sales):
For david_blind, the mohawk+ boa+ buds ~ 43 on paper
For gadget, apart from his 50 pure offer that he claims, it would be the sam+ 1 bud or so ~ 48
