Resuggested because I missed the fact that the Max's was level 1. Overpay has been applied.

There are two copies of this hat, but there has only been one usable sale in the past three months. Luckily for us, it was a pure sale and it went to a collector, it seems, of Safe N Sounds.

Total = 3.3 Buds * .9 (Overpay for Lvl. 1 Max) = 2.97 Buds. 2.97 Buds + 1 Bud = 3.97 Buds, rounded to 4 Buds.
