This is probably an update from a 7-8 month outdated price...
Need a mini for Slope because it's gifted (Unless there is this new Gifted Overpay rule of 0.7 or something)
And you can't have a range w/ one sale
First looking at your sales, gifted miami nights slope scopers as mentioned needs a mini suggestion. I do not know on what basis you did * 0.7 but that shouldn't be how you value a gifted unusual.
Looking at some recent valid sales
