As always, please try and keep the comments relevant, please don't make your entire comment "upvote" or "downvote". Counter-proof / supportive proof is always appreciated!
Are you still gonna check tf2outpost for more proof? I might check some.
And how will you know if the item is sold?
I found these solds via the last suggestion.

Sellers/Unsolds at 0.33 ref:
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/25215767 - 4 Days
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/23410981 - 4 Months
Sellers/Unsolds at 0.66 ref:
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/24841523 - 1 Month (I dunno if this counts, but he sold 2 and have 10 in stock)
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/25259841 - 7 Hours
Sellers/Unsolds at +0.66 ref:
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/25014919 - 3 Weeks
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/25233985 - 2 Days
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/24545315 - 6 Days (He's selling it for 18.22 Ref. It has no parts, killstreaks and odd levels. Wot?)
I'm new to this support proof and stuff, so help is appreciated. (: And how do you find solds?
From your counter proof:
Sellers/Unsolds at 0.33 ref:
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/25215767 - Sold, currently on trade probation.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/23410981 - Sold over 3 months ago
Sellers/Unsolds at 0.66 ref:
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/24841523 - Probable Restocker.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/25259841 - Young
Sellers/Unsolds at +0.66 ref:
Not sure why you included these...
If anything, if any sold it's supporting my suggestion.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/25014919 - Probable Restocker
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/25233985 - Valid, but useless counter proof
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/24545315 - Doesn't count, he's selling one with crit kills, although the one in the trade is gone, the crit kills one is still in his inventory.
"I'm new to this support proof and stuff" I don't think he was countering you.
Eh, good point.
(Sorry Mr. Dreams <3)
Its okay. I still need to learn about these 'proofs' before I start a suggestion for the very first time.
And this link: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/24545315 I went there and there's no parts. Is it me, its the tf2outpost, or you checked his bp?
mmkay.
In the trade I think he put the wrong item.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/24545315 - Level 5, 0 parts, no longer in inventory.
http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198030087328/inventory/#440_2_3359789292 - The strange scotsman he owns, level 5, 1 part.
So, I should check traders' backpacks if they still have their items, right?
Yes. If you want to find unsolds, you should probably check their backpacks because if it's not there it's a sold.
Other info: If there's a range and they say "backpack.tf price" it means the middle, I.E: 1 ref-2 ref, middle is 1.55 ref so that's what you write. This can't be used to set a price though, people who have a range can only be used as supportive, IIRC. That's what I do anyway.
Well, we are after common trade points. And your suggestion here indicates that that is probably 0.33 by a long shot. imo, 1 trade at 0.66 is not enough to include it in the range for an item like this.
4 pages of outpost, after page 2 or so everything is invalid.
If you give me a few hours I could check for some more solds.
Sure, I'm happy to give the benefit of the doubt here since classifieds are usually a great indication of the low end, and not many under 1 ref there. I'm sure with some digging more sales are happening at 0.66 and even 1 ref. I'll leave this up for a few days if needed.
Just looked at all the solds that I could find via the 'matches' system on TF2Outpost, all of them either removed what they were selling at or were selling at "Backpack.tf price" a week or so ago, thus invalid (0.22 sellers/solds).
Then put some sellers at 0.66 ref in. If they don't sell in a few days, we know that's too high.
More sold:
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/24841523 - Sold 3 (although he says stock 10, there's only 9 in his backpack).
( http://gyazo.com/7c813956e604b10eeb8939c27adc6b4a ) ^^^^
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/25268659 - Sold at 1 ref, possible outlier?
Selling two skullcutters in 1 month at 0.66 seems more like counterproof than supporting proof. And I don't know what's up with the 1 ref sale. If you look at the itemid on that, it was sold many months ago. I don't know how that's possible on a trade 16 hours old.
He's sold 3, if you look at how many he's sold it says 2, but then says stock 10 although he only has 9 left.
When this was buffed - back in December, by the looks of things, didn't think it was that long ago - I bought a few of these at 0.22 ref each and flogged them successfully for between 0.66-1 ref. However it does appear that the market has moved on by now.
I sold about 9 for .88 doing that. However I was able to sell one just today for .66 http://puu.sh/gsTyf/666d1a6b3f.png in my one day old trade http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/25305786
A sale is always useful proof. I dug around on Outpost to look for buyers. All of the following are buying for 0.33 ref:
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/25272136
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/25253566
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/25319052
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/25298784
Usually, buyers at bp.tf price indicate that a raise might be needed. Additionally, the average price on SCM comes out to roughly 0.55 ref or so.
