As others have said, selling in a few hours is a bit of quicksale. With buds on the decline, the current price might even be a bit low. Your screenshot also does not include the effect.

Just sold this myself for pure 11 keys, took a few hours but was able to trade it.

It means that the 11 keys you claim to have sold the hat for may have been flipped for 16. Counting your sale, this particular hat/effect combination has been sold THREE TIMES in the past week, FIVE TIMES since the end of January and once after you sold it already.There is no way in hell that one sale is going to determine the price for it. Furthermore, that hat is on the SCM, so convieniently enough, your imgur link is the only proof you have that you sold it, since items on the SCM can't have their histories tracked.
Furthermore, as I explained beforehand, what your proof indicates is that you quicksold this in 5 hours. No matter what the hat, selling it within 5 hours under the currently listed price is usually documented as - HELLO - a quicksell.
