The buyer does claim he provided the wrap, but he has not provided proof of this.

The graph shows that his backpack was worth 12.92 on the 29th and 10.10 on the 30th, so it's possible he bought the wrap immediately before the trade.

just out of curiosity, why would it be worth less keys because it is untradeable?

Gifted tags can be annoying but other than that I don't know.
