        That makes no sense with that amount at 5 flat, which would be better. Those doesnt support 5.1.

            Agree, if none sells @ 5.1 keys, then it shouldn't be in the range.

              It's crazy to me that the BMOC has dropped so hard. I've flipped them for the past three years and they've always been so steady. This is just mindblowing to me.
