Binary is a number system, not a language :P
one does not speak binary... unless you are an apple computer.
You can't "speak" binary any more than you "speak" the decimal we use in regular everyday math. That is just a bunch of ASCII/UNICODE values that correspond to a specific string of Roman characters that spell out that English message.
