History shows it went to "Robot Pan" before andrew got it and put it on marketplace, so it appears to me the sale happened

According to the bp history of Robot Pan he has never had it and he hasn't had a trade on OP for it either.

He sold all his backpack to andrew back then.

His trade was closed on jan 23th when buds were 14 keys (therefor his b/o would have been like 13 buds). It was last seen in tf2shop bots bp on jan 16th but no newer history until jan 24th available. So I think it sold around jan 23th and therefor the suggestion should be ~13 buds.
