Alright, I know not many of you like this change, but listen. (PLEASE READ ALL OF THE SUGGESTION)

Raising the price of refined will do 3 good things:

1. It will balance the steam market.

The steam market right now is in shambles. for instance; the cost of a festive bonk is 10 cents- almost 1 refined- when its worth half of that in game! Raising the price of refined would also even out the cost of other items and cosmetics- such as the courtier's collar. It would allow the market to have more room for reasonable prices and better profits, and also keep the market accurate in price.

2. It will grow the "tf2 middle class"

Raising the price of refined to 25 cents would give a boost to people who can't afford the more expensive taunts and cosmetics and such, because it will make keys easier to buy. If a refined was worth 25 cents, a key would cost 9-10 refined, much cheaper than today's (almost)_ 17 ref. And if keys cost less in game, more people can buy them, making the gap between "17 unusuals" and "a few cosmetics" much smaller, by raising the less wealthy up with more reasonable prices.

3. It will help the market for unusuals. By raising the price of refined, buds will be worth more keys as well, making it much harder for people to buy a dozen keys and instantly get an unusual, ruining their rarity and value. With buds more expensive due to ref being more expensive, unusuals will become more valuable and also keep more value.
