http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/25185392 - sold with a g. engineer's cap (0.3 keys) for 15 keys, b/o was 13 keys

If someone is willing to accept 13 pure, then the price is 13 pure regardless of if someone pays above

OK, here's an example;

Customer: Buys a packet of chocolate, the chocolate costs $5.50

Shop keeper: Gets given/paid $6 and is told to keep the change.

The shop isn't going to raise their prices to make it $6 just because one person payed over the price.
