Though a complete POS, no unusual deserves to be priced at 8 keys flat
There are few sales that I could find for this hat, probably since nobody in their right mind would want to own it

16.5 – 5 = 11.5 * 0.9 = 10 keys

Sold for 8 keys pure
The unsolds in the last suggestion are quite striking. 1 guy had it up for a month at 10 keys with no luck before dropping his b/o to 9 keys. Another one lowered his b/o to 9.5 keys and still hasn't sold after 3 weeks. Others were sold in combo deals. I don't think your statement, "no unusual deserves to be priced at 8 keys flat." Personally feel that the pom is too high - http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/25294819 - and that the billy comes out to ~8-9 in pure value.
I guess I could re-suggest at 8-9 keys, I do feel though that 8 flat isn't really accurate, as there are many people who will buy any clean unusual for 8 keys, and several people expressed in the last suggestion that they would be happy to buy this hat for 8 keys if they could. It doesn't make sense then to price it at 8 flat, when I'm sure that given time, someone could sell this hat for more (and the sale in the suggestion should prove that).
The same people buying any unusual for 8 keys are the ones who bought this for 8 keys. Take Criminal, for example. I bet he regrets it now. Hasn't sold it for 9.5 keys in 3 weeks. The people making those comments would probably take them back if they had any actual knowledge of this hat's history.
