I dunno, worth a try. Either I'm just lucky finding people buying it for 3 refined, or everyone else is just that unlucky.

Yep, you do need more proof. Find more people that have too sold it successfully.

Also, your fifth link doesn't say anything, since there are two variables - Sharp Dresser's price and Three Rune Blade's price. Buyer could have paid 3 ref for the TRB and 2 ref for the Dresser.

Considering that there are 13 pages on Outpost, 4 sales isn't enough to resemble that market. So yes, you still need more proof.

Just like Guodlca said about the 5th link: There is 5 ref for the Sharp dress AND Three Rune Blade. How can you be sure that the sharp dresser was sold for 3 ref in that trade?

Just for clarification about the 5th link for the both of you fellas, there's actually 6 refined.

The three rune blade was worth 3 ref at the time, and as well as my sharp dresser.
