Offers are used to pinpoint outliers. That's why they're normally used in the proof to determine outliers. They're not considered as the main proof, but supporting evidence. I never once tried to declare that they were sales. I only determined the price if they were accepted.

From the offers I've seen publicly on your trade, they haven't really been more than six for the most part, with only one exception of the Mallard Deep Cover Operator. And sure, you may have received offers for 15 on your Blizzardy Storm, that doesn't matter. I've seen numerous Mass Flies effects go for less than Blizzardy on some hats. We don't base off of tiers on here, we base off of proof.

And the evidence isn't insufficient nor poor proof. There are two sales that collaborate a price. Your PE sale is actually an outlier, because I also was looking at that and seen it was hovering around the 15~20 bud mark on offers. You bought it with a Sunbeams Pyromancers and sold it for Bob's KE. 17 and 35 seems way too large for a range and it needs to be determined what is an outlier, especially since Bob normally collects hats. I applaud you for your sale and you can sell it for whatever the fuck you want, but we have to take consideration what proof is currently available.

Since you probably won't accept the hat for low prices and you have received an offer for 10, it's probably best to resuggest for 10.
