Classifieds arn't that reliable as said by the backpack.tf forum post. Your only other proof for 24 keys is just one listing on outpost while you got 5 listings from outpost for 25 keys. I'd still upvote this but some more outpost listings for 24 keys would be good.

If you had checked the market, you would have realized how small it is.
