1-of-1 Hat with only one usable sale. Current owner has had it up on OP for more than a month with an 8-Bud buyout, with little interest at that price. ~~Most~~ ALL of his current offers are in the ~6 Bud range.

Edit: Just checked myself. It isn't all that close to Burning, which is priced at 7.75 Buds. There are plenty other effects between 6 and 7.75 Buds, such as Secret, Cloudy Moon, Misty, Scorching, and Demonflame. Price seems fitting.
