The previous suggestion was accepted today, care to provide any justification for why the sale at ~~15 keys~~ 16 keys is not valid?

How does this prove that 16 keys doesn't belong in the range...?

Doesn't need to be sold for dropping a price even if it is included in the range.

As stated, 15 keys is already in the range. Just because an item doesn't sell in 2 weeks for 15 doesn't mean it can't sell for 16 keys in 1 month.
