Taking 12.6 as the final price. It can sell for a bit more for sure (around 15 to 20), but definitely not anywhere close to 31.5 buds.
I'll be happy to resuggest this in the future, if another sale happens to come out of this.
If the offers are 15-20ish, then surely it's better to wait for a third sale?
Bob has it and likely won't be selling it. So, we only have two sales.

Actually. I was the one that priced two of your Team Captains. So, I do know a bit about you. lol.
If the offers are supposedly several buds above this why are you suggesting for less? That's also the unboxer's sale and are usually not the best indicator of a hats value.
Actually. I've looked over the offers on this hat yesterday, when I was doing research on the Flies variant of this hat, and only seen offers correlating around 15 to 20 buds the entire time. It only spiked when Bob contacted the second seller. That's almost down the middle between 12.6 and 31.5, but that's before even including any overpay at all. If there were a gradual increase towards 25 and then that sell, then I would believe the 31.5 sale some more, but I highly doubt it goes for that much. This will probably need a third sale, but knowing Bob--he'll likely won't be selling this hat for a while.
Just to also note. The K.E. is almost outdated too. So, waiting any longer would force any suggester to provide a mini for it.

If that was offered for the hat, then it needs to be applied. It's not considered 1:1, unless the Ushanka was offered for the Pyromancers.
If this is the case, then please provide where it state that. Otherwise, I'm still taking overpay.

I can't find the thread but it's since been adopted as a semi-official rule.
But this won't pass anyway for the reasons stated. Ah well.
