It looks like an outlier honestly. There are 5 sellers on outpost for 13 Keys, not to mention the 14 key sellers.
issue is the proof your showing is all unbumped, so generally not meant o be used
The guy selling the 3 AWPs was bumped when I posted this.

I think 13 to 14 is appropriate. Not just 13. downvote for now
