Yeah, I looked through 'em. They appeared to be traded around through several scammers. It was a strange mix, with one account recieving keys from a person farther ahead in the history. Basically the first sale on the 17th was the only real one.

Well i went to look for more past sales

http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/24709584 b/o 10 keys for 3 days. Can't tell what it sold for.
At this point, with buds dropping to 8 keys, I guess it is safe to ignore the 8 keys buyers as that would mean that they will be paying full price for a 1 bud hat and defeats the point of quickbuying. This should be close for now. Accepting.
