needs sales, needs proof, you cannot base your price on effect averages (go make comparisons to team captains/burning flames, youll see where things go horribly wrong)
Steam community market purchases shouldnt be used as main proof in such a suggestion, but even if you do, list it in a reasonable way and provide proof.

If only half of the effort put into this was used to read the rules.
If you read the rules then come back and put this much effort into it, I'm sure it'll get accepted. At the moment you have 0 proof and a 0% chance of acception.
