"Any hat can be priced based on a single sale if ALL these criteria are met:
- There are no other recent sales in the last 3 months
- The hat went to a collector or person who intends to keep the hat. A collector can be identified by looking at the person's trade history, item history of similar unusuals in the backpack OR if the owner has not resold the hat 1 month after the sale occurred."
There was another sale the last 3 months, http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/23458991 (edit : was a SCM sale, could be used as support proof).
Price in buds please
oh? didnt found any other, for all the time my one was only on market (what ill have see) i got it from the previous owner and 3 other unusual for a long outdated stormy 13th hour tower, wanted to make a new price for tower but still need a priced af tricorne to complete this ^^
Im not sure if you can use the SCM as direct proof like this. I think its at least strongly discouraged to do so (but that's just my opinion, dont let that influence you). But if you do so, provide that the sale wasnt a one-time happening: show average sales like this http://imgur.com/O6EJGP1 (ignore that one sale of ~€1) and calculate an average for past sales (dont forget to take the 15% fees into consideration)
All in all I think you're better off finding other sales; other commenter suggests there have been more sales recently, maybe you can find out what they sold for? it will make your suggestion more solid.
I hope this helps :3
on op its have only 3 man history (with me) like i say the previous owner have sold it to me with 3 other unus for a long outdated unusual, and the first on history have it a long time on op but then i didnt can find any items / key or whatever what he / she got for it : / and my one is still the only one on market for all the time : /
hmm, I guess even if you cannot use the other sale(s), you can mention it and say why you're not using them (but that's a personal preference again).
anyway, good luck with it ^^
The only other sale within 3 months was Green Energy Lord Cockswain's Pith Helmet + Anti-Freeze Tippler's Tricorn + Purple Energy Western Wear + Vivid Plasma German Gonzila for Stormy 13th Hour Towering Pillar of Hats. This is a complex sale so would've been invalid anyway.

Now your sale. It is fine pricing this sale in keys due to the introduction of the new guidelines.
The only thing about this is the evaluation of the Pro Killstreak Australium Medigun.
Lets do this in dollars,
Looking at the scm graph. On the 13th of march, your sale was 117.58 dollars.
Keys on the 13th of March is ~2.32 dollars.
Buyer's value = 117.58/2.32 = ~51 keys
Seller's value = 117.58/1.15 = 102 /2.32 = ~44 keys
So the range would be 44-51 keys with an average of 47.5 keys. If we apply overpay on that and minus the 1 key that was added, the value of the sale would turn out to be ~42 keys.
This is close enough.
