At the time of my search, classfields had a bunch selling for a key, a couple for 15 ref, and one for 13 ref

Set the price in keys.
I forgot you could do decimals when I posted this, so I thought it would be easier to do ref. In hindsind, doing a decimal probably would have been better, youre right.
1 key flat would be much better, as 13 ref is very young
probably not anymore though since the classifieds if filled with sellers lower, likewise with the steam community market
classifieds should be only used as support proof, so you have no proof for 15 ref
