talked to panda, he agreed with koopsy on 7 pure.

Panda bought it back from koopsy in a bulk trade of the burning DCO.

There's a nesseccery update, 4.6 buds -> 7 buds, Also I talked to groovy and he said he wasn't even planning on selling it and thats why he got it back.

He isn't selling it for sure.

Hmm, hard to tell if this sale or the last one is the outlier. Buyer has not put it back on the market so there have been no offers. I'll accept this suggestion as the votes are positive and the sale was a pure sale after all.
