As I was looking for one these I have seen some people on outpost sell this particular item for its higher suggested price on outpost and some on backpack.tf

I bought one for 4.55 yesterday, and yep, I'd say that only one sale is enough. If you dig deep enough, you'll find some solds.

Also, there's one Classified at 4.88 refs .

its pretty close to 5 ref. And like i said people are some people are selling it for its highly suggested price which is 5 ref at the moment :)
