Your 12 key seller has someone who's interested within 2 hours. Shows that under 13 is a quicksell.

Your second seller hasn't been bumped since the trade has been created too. There's not much to disprove 14 from the range by the looks of it

11 and 12 aren't in my range. I might consider as an outlier as there is only one seller at 14 and it is untradeable.

That's why I stated 'shows that under 13 is a quicksell'.

Giang's one did sell in a few hours rather than days though.

If you're referring to http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/25311263 , it's tradable. I'm not sure how long it's been tradable but it'd be a trade to keep an eye on.
