Because prices are estimations and 1-2 buds difference is not significant enough in a high tiered hat like this.

I'm not sure where you draw the conclusion that the unusual being duped only makes a 1-2 bud difference. Besides, clearly 1-2 buds does make a difference since you rounded to the nearest whole bud, as opposed to the nearest 5 or 10 buds.

1-2 buds isn't a big deal on a hat of this tier. I have frequently accepted suggestions where sweets were missed, but the difference was <5%. Our prices are estimates, and this is a reasonable estimate. That's also why we ask people to round so they don't get the impression that our prices are more precise than they actually are.
