Because you're involving trust on these kind of deals and there has been people marked because of gift wrap scams.

May be irrelevant to the cause, but I would just double-check and see if these aren't scammers.

This suggestion can slide anyways, because you do have a sale underneath your belt.

I'm just curious if these people are actually trustworthy or they're alternatives to scammers.

They both have a reasonable amount of hours on Team Fortress 2 and other games. 1 account is pretty old, the other was made in 2014.

I'd say they're safe.

Yeah, but you know, people can get particular. I'd rather buy the game and get the full package but if someone's looking for just that one particular item then it makes sense to grab a wrap and get it, instead.

Why do some luger's have com. sparkle?

They were given out to Telltale Employees, before the current rules about Community Sparkle items were introduced (You can't trade any hat with community sparkles), as a 1-time gift for making the games.

Some of them realised "oh we don't play this game, but there's a tonne of idiots who'll pay a load for them" and sold them on.
