for unusuals, you need valid sales e.g non(quicksales, scammer, hijacks etc)

you also need to state what and when they sold it for, since it IS your job to do so. makes it easier to vote on.

sales must not exceed 3 months, and if possible, 2 months.

and please, dont make ridiculous ranges like 6-9 buds, you have to determine one of them a reasonable outlier.
