You'll need sales to price an unusual and your only sale in this suggestion is 1 bud; the others are only buy-outs which can't be used for that purpose.

I suggest to close this suggestion, find a second sale and adjust your range according to that for better accuracy.

Also; if you traded for buds then i believe that it should be priced in buds instead of keys.
