judging by your 419 accepted price suggestions you are not very new

The drop is more warranted since it's painted, looks fine.

9 hours old, last suggestion had a sale and it was only 2 days ago. This drop is useless

so you can't wait for it to be more than a day old? or..

High tier halloween items shouldn't be traded like the normal 2 ref hat. This should be treated similar to an unusual, considering how rare some of these are to sell. A 1 day unsold wouldn't even be valid proof at all, just like it isn't for an unusual. Sales up to about a month should be fair game here.
